Setup alarms

Important notes:

 

• Thresholds temperature and triggering times are the same for every single user of your store. This means that if you change the thresholds on your account, they are going to change on every single account linked to your store. Before making any changes, make sure this is ok with your colleagues.
• Push and email notification are specifics for each account. This means that if you do have this boxes checked, it does not means your colleagues would have it too.

1. Log in to your convergence.qowisio.com account

2. Go to Setting

3. Click on Alarms

4. Change the threshold level you want for your device and press Enter

5. You can choose to receive alarm via App Notification or Email. Check the appropriate boxes
